State Representatives Kerry Burt (D- Black Hawk), Doris Kelley (D- Black Hawk) and Bob Kressig (D-Black Hawk) greeted Susan Bennet, Loreal Lester and La Toya Tyler during their visit to the State Capitol on April 13, 2009. Bennet, Lester and Tyler are all members of Operation Threshold, a group which provides services to help meet the basic needs of people and helps to create opportunities for self -sufficiency, located in the Waterloo-Black Hawk County area. The group is shown here in the State House of Representatives' Chambers.
